PPG -Patient Participation Group
What is the PPG?
A Patient Participation Group is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for the patients, doctors and staff.
The NHS requires every Practice to have a PPG.
Why should you join?
Your experiences matter and your feedback can help us improve our services. You will also gain a better understanding of the NHS, gather feedback from other patients and help us spread news about the Practice.
We would like to invite you to join our participation group. Please let us know if you are interested by calling the practice and speaking to one of our care navigators.
